DealChicken does not list a return, exchange, or refund policy.  However, they do state on their website that if a problem with redeeming your deal with your selected merchant arises, DealChicken encourages you to get in touch with the merchant directly to settle any issues or learn more about more details. Their website and phone number of each merchant is listed on the deal itself.

If you still need assistance or have feedback for DealChicken, feel free to fill out a "contact" form with DealChicken so a representative can get back to you and address your concerns or issues.  It appears that customer service matters as far as returns, exchanges, refunds, and credits are handled on a case by case basis.

DealChicken can also be reached by phone by calling Julie Jones at (602) 444-8491.  You may also use postal mail to contact the business.  The postal address to the company is listed below.

Gannett
7950 Jones Branch Drive

  • Each deal has a unique expiration period.

  • All of the details on restrictions and expiration dates will be posted the day of the sale and printed on the deals.

  • Expiration dates are for the promotional cost only.

    • Certificates are valid for their original purchase price for 5 years.
